Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- in new, unused, and resalable condition;
- in its original packaging, with all components and accessories included; and
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable once opened: opened knot-filler refills and consumable sticks, and used heating or melting tools. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at philip@kaentrade.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns received without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product, in which case we cover the cost.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card or account used at checkout).
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of approval. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
- If the returned item is not in resalable condition, we may reduce the refund or decline the return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at philip@kaentrade.com and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at philip@kaentrade.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by emailing philip@kaentrade.com. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return process above.
