Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our US warehouse (Virginia) to destinations within the United States. This page explains our processing times, shipping methods, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and US public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET (Eastern Time), or on a weekend or holiday, are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

For orders under $99, the exact shipping cost is calculated live at checkout based on the carrier's current rates for your address — so you always pay the real shipping price, with no markup. We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship everywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at philip@kaentrade.com.
  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, please contact us at philip@kaentrade.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once the carrier confirms the loss, arrange a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at philip@kaentrade.com as soon as possible — we can only update the address before the order ships.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at philip@kaentrade.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
